How do I order something?

It all starts by contacting us via the CONTACT page. We will reply back as quick as possible and will commence working with you on your order.

A general overview of the process is:

  • We will discuss your order with you.

  • Go over your design ideas.

  • Provide a estimated cost.

  • Provide you a mock-up design.

  • Agree on a final pricing.

  • Agree on a delivery time.

  • Work will commence on your items.

  • Once your item is complete, you will be notified via email of completion and shipping.

How does pricing work?

Prices can vary based on complexity of an item and materials desired. For example, a plaque made of Red Oak and simple design will cost less than a plaque made of Mahogany and requiring a complex design.

Please contact me for any pricing questions. I will work with you as much as possible. Once a price is agreed upon it will not increase unless you choose to change the design. If the changes decrease the price, you will be refunded the appropriate amount.

Will items be perfect?

Items made of wood will always have some imperfections. Sometimes these imperfections come from knots, natural cracks in the wood, grain pattern, the type of wood desired. Wood grain can affect things like letter engraving or small engraving details. Some wood species are more susceptible to natural flaws than others.

Can I get multiple items that are exactly the same?

Some items can be made to the same dimensions; however due to the nature of wood, they will likely have different patterns and figures

Wood turned items, such as vases, pots, bowls, etc. will rarely be exact duplicates. They will have similar appearance but there may be some minor dimensional differences.

When will I get my items?

Completion and shipping times will vary based on the complexity and quantity of your order. All items are handmade after agreeing on the design/mock-up which will include an estimated time to make your items as well as options for shipping times.

If your order requires exotic wood species, that may cause some additional delay. We will discuss these during the design phase and ensure these times are captured in our timeline.

What if I need to return something?

Please contact us with any concerns on your order and we can try and work things out. Please understand that customized or personalized orders are hard to return unless they are defective or damaged.
